
Amanda is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in North Dakota and Minnesota. She holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) specializing in Multicultural Clinical Practice and Organizational & Leadership Development.
Her professional experience spans program leadership, community engagement, organizational development, and nonprofit capacity building. Amanda has led and supported initiatives focused on financial empowerment, community collaboration, volunteer engagement, and systems improvement, working alongside diverse stakeholders across the Fargo-Moorhead region.
Drawing on both social work and organizational leadership perspectives, Amanda is particularly interested in strengthening nonprofit infrastructure, cultivating strategic partnerships, enhancing program effectiveness, and advancing community-centered initiatives.
